What is Needed to Request Services?

  1. PHYSICIAN WRITTEN ORDER.
  2. MEDICAL NECESSITY LETTER.
  3. ONE OF THE FOLLOWING :
  • Individualized Education Program (IEP)
  • Evaluation by the recipient’s school district that has determined eligibility for special education.
  • Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation (CDE).

4. DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION NEEDS TO HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED BY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING :

  • Developmental pediatrician licensed under Chapter 458 F.S. and certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
  • A clinical psychologist licensed under Chapter 490 F.S.
  • Child and adolescent psychiatrists licensed under Chapter 458 F.S. and certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Psychiatric and Neurology.

Treatment Process

Our onboarding team will contact you to gather information and documents needed for ABA intervention benefits verification and intake.

After consultation, we will ask for authorization to carry out an initial assessment. A BCBA will then conduct the assessment upon getting an authorization, if needed.

Following the initial assessment, the BCBA will create a treatment plan based on your child’s needs to be reviewed by you. This treatment plan will then be subject to authorization before it can be implemented.

The approved treatment plan will be implemented by a child behavioral therapist under the supervision of a BCBA on a scheduled basis depending on the needs of you child.

Parents play a vital role in a child’s life and ABA program. This training aims to empower you, caregivers, to address challenging situations and continue reinforing outside therapy ours.

RBT are supervised regularly and frequently by a BCBA to ensure quality services. BCBA also utilizes this time to observe and evaluate your child and help to solve problems with goals that are making slow progress.
